Sometimes, the efforts of one responsible individual within a company, a group, a club,  a crowd - will at the eleventh hour -  resolve a serious situation that had taken a  nose-dive 'south'. 

I wish to thank Carlos R., Manager in Customer Service, for his help and concern towards the horrible state my novel, 'Love Hurts', was in before he interceded and offered to appease my angst.

Because of his work ethic and keen perception of the situation, his willingness to go the extra step managed to save the day for everyone.

My novel, 'Love Hurts' will publish . . .

The message in this novel was too important not to publish and took precedence in this matter.
