2010 is an election year for 1/3 of the Senate and all of the House of
Representatives. You, the taxpayer, are in charge now.

Many of us are worrying about Social Security. Thanks to the mismanagement and corruption of government, we are told it will be bankrupt in a year or so. We worry how the government is going to solve this problem.

Perhaps the answer is right under our nose. It involves us taking a good, long look at what is going on within the ranks of Congress and the Senate.

Did you know that our Senators and Congresswomen do not pay into Social Security. Obviously, they don't collect either which doesn't bother them in the least. Why? Because they, feeling that they were entitled to more . . . much more, adopted their own retirement plan many years ago. Since then, none of them have ever wished to change it. Why should they? It's a fantastic deal for them.

This is how their plan works:

When they retire, they continue to draw the same pay until they die. The amount may increase from time to time for cost of living adjustments.

for example: Most Senators and Congressmen expect to draw somewhere in the vicinity of $7,800,000 with their wives drawing approximately $275,000 during the last years of their lives. These amounts are calculated on an average life span for each of them. Younger politicians retiring at an early age will receive much more during the rest of their lives.

Their cost to them for this outrageous deal is 'O' - NADA!!! ZILCH!!!

It's completely free. You and I pick up the tab. Funds come directly from the General Funds - 'OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK'! In contrast, half the monies for our retirement (Social Security) is derived from each one of us every pay day. Our employer contributes the other half until we retire. The amount will vary from person to person but, a majority of people can expect to receive a monthly amount of $1,000 or so. Big difference from your average politician's benefits!!

To bring the matter into clear focus, the average taxpayer would have to collect $1,000 for sixty eight (68) years to equal one month of a senator's benefits! Well, that's fair . . . right?

Social Security could regain a robust future for every American if the following action was taken this election. Let's remove the Golden Fleece Retirement Plan from under the Senators and Congressmen. Let's put them into the same Social Security plan with the rest of us. Then sit back . . . and see how fast they fix the problem! Initiate a proposal.

Up to 1/3 OF THE SENATE, AND 100% OF THE HOUSE.

MAKE SURE YOU'RE STILL MAD IN NOVEMBER 2010 AND REMIND THEIR REPLACEMENTS NOT TO SCREW UP.

Maybe it's time for the Amendment 28:

"Congress shall not pass any law that applies to the citizens of the United
States if it doesn't apply equally to the Senators or Representatives.

It's time for retribution. Let's vote them out of their jobs!

WHY ARE WE BANKRUPT?

If you think the war in Iraq is costing us too much - read this:

1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year by state governments.

2. $2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens.

7. 30% percent of all Federal Prison inmates are illegal aliens.

9. $200 Billion dollars a year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens.

10. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children, are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the US

11. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our Southern Border and as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from Terrorist Countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroin and marijuana, crossed into the U. S from the Southern border.

12. The National policy Institute, estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period.

13. In 2006, illegal aliens sent home $45 BILLION in remittances to their countries of origin.

14. 'The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration': Nearly One million sex crimes committed by Illegal Immigrants In the United States.

The total cost is a whopping $ 338.3 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR. If you're having trouble understanding this amount of money, it is $338,300,000,000.00 which would be enough to stimulate the economy for the citizens of this country.

Are we that stupid?

Yes, for letting those in the US Congress get away with letting this happen year after year!!

Professor Joseph Olson of Hemline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning the Presidential election:

Number of States won by: Democrats: 19
Republicans: 29

Square miles of land won by: Democrats: 580,000
Republicans: 2,427,000

Population of counties won by: Democrats: 127 million
Republicans: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Democrats: 13.2
Republicans: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory Republicans won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country. Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare."

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the 'complacency and apathy' phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the 'governmental dependency' phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called 'illegals' and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

	This stunt may well be the nail in the coffin of any guest-worker/amnesty plan on the table in Washington. The image of the American flag subsumed to another and turned upside down on American soil is already spreading on Internet forums and via e-mail.

Pass this along to every American citizen in your address books and to every representative in the state and federal government. If you choose to remain uninvolved, don't be amazed when you no longer have a nation to call your own nor anything you have worked for left since it will be 'redistributed' to the activists while you are so peacefully staying out of the 'fray'. Check history. It is full of nations/empires that disappeared when its citizens no longer held their core beliefs and values. One person can make a difference.

The battle for our secure borders and immigration laws that actually mean something, however, hasn't even begun.

Many of us had our doubts last election as to how
Barack Obama even qualified to be among the ranks of possible candidates for presidency of our great country. The man was an unknown with little experience and laughable political accomplishment. Who was endorsing him? Where was the money coming from? We know now, thanks to the efforts of Alex Jones and others, that he was one of the 'chosen ones', anointed by the Shadow Government. His profile - blatant megalomaniac - suited them just fine. He would forge ahead with their dictates willingly, completely ignorant and indifferent of the consequences and the harm it would bring to all of us. But, he hasn't pulled it off. We're fast becoming wise to the motives of the vicious and corrupt tactics of the fascist elite and their New World (Shadow) Government. They will not win. We will . . . Amen.

ANOTHER FAILED PRESIDENCY

Barack Obama is on track to have the most spectacularly failed presidency since Woodrow Wilson. In the modern era, we've seen several failed presidencies led by Jimmy Carter and LBJ. Failed presidents have one strong common trait-- they are repudiated, in the vernacular, spat out. Of course, LBJ wisely took the exit ramp early, avoiding a shove into oncoming traffic by his own party. Richard Nixon indeed resigned in disgrace, yet his reputation as a statesman has been partially restored by his triumphant overture to China.

George Bush Jr. didn't fail so much as he was perceived to have been too much of a patrician while being uncomfortable with his more conservative allies. Yet George Bush Sr. is still perceived as a man of uncommon decency, loyal to the enduring American character of rugged self-determination, free markets, and generosity. George W. will eventually be treated more kindly by historians as one whose potential was squashed by his own compromise of conservative principles, in some ways repeating the mistakes of his father, while ignoring many lessons in executive leadership that he should have learned at Harvard Business School. Of course George W. could never quite overcome being dogged from the outset by half of the nation convinced he was electoral illegitimate - thus aiding the resurgence of the liberal wing of the Democratic Party.

But, Barack Obama is failing. Failing big. Failing fast. And failing everywhere: foreign policy, domestic initiatives, and most importantly, in forging connections with the
American people. The incomparable Dorothy Rabinowitz put her finger on it in the
Wall Street Journal:

'He is failing because he has no understanding of the American people and may indeed loathe them.'

Fred Barnes of the Weekly Standard says he is failing because he has lost control of his message and is overexposed. Clarice Feldman of American Thinker produced a commentary showing that Obama is failing because fundamentally he is neither smart nor articulate; his intellectual dishonesty is conspicuous by its audacity and lack of shame and stated: 'He is neither smart nor articulate; his intellectual dishonesty is conspicuous by its audacity and lack of shame.'

But, there is something more seriously wrong: How could a new president riding in on a wave of unprecedented promise and goodwill have forfeited his tenure and become a lame duck in six months? His poll ratings are in free fall. In generic balloting, the Republicans have now seized a five point advantage. This truly is unbelievable. What's going on?

No narrative. Obama doesn't have a narrative. No, not a narrative about himself. He has a self-narrative, much of it fabricated, cleverly disguised or written by someone else. But this self-narrative is isolated and doesn't connect with us. He doesn't have an American narrative that draws upon the rest of us. All successful presidents have a narrative about the American character that intersects with their own where they display a command of history and reveal an authenticity at the core of their personality that resonates in a positive endearing way with the majority of Americans. We admire those presidents whose narratives not only touch our own, but who seem stronger, wiser, and smarter than we are. Presidents we admire are inspirational peers, even those whose politics don't align exactly with our own: Teddy Roosevelt, FDR, Harry Truman, Ike, Reagan.

But not this president. It's not so much that he's a phony, knows nothing about economics, is historically illiterate, and woefully small minded for the size of the task - all contributory of course. It's that he's not one of us. And whatever he is, his profile is fuzzy and devoid of content, like a cardboard cutout made from delaminated corrugated paper. Moreover, he doesn't command our respect and is unable to appeal to our own common sense. His notions of right and wrong are repugnant and how things work just don't add up. They are not existential. His descriptions of the world we live in don't make sense and don't correspond with our experience.

In the meantime, while we've been struggling to take a measurement of this man, he's discredited just about every one of us - financiers, energy producers, banks, insurance executives, police officers, doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, post office workers, and anybody else who has a non-green job. Expect Obama to lament at his last press conference in 2012:

'For those of you I offended, I apologize. For those of you
who were not offended, you just didn't give me enough time; if only I'd had a second term, I could have offended you too.'

Mercifully, the Founders at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 devised a useful remedy for such a desperate state - staggered terms for both houses of the legislature and the executive. An equally abominable Congress can get voted out next year. With a new Congress, there's always hope of legislative gridlock until we vote for president again two short years after that.

Yes, small presidents do fail, Barack Obama among them. The coyotes howl but the wagon train keeps rolling along.

Say 'NO' to dangerous vaccinations!

The hypocrites who tell us that they want health insurance for all the poor and illegal children here and worldwide while at the same time haven't a moral issue endorsing toxin vaccinations knowing they will damage their DNA permanently should be run out of town. The swine flu vaccination is very dangerous according to various reports. An individual may not suffer serious effects if he gets the flu initially, but if it reoccurs . . . it proves to be fatal in many cases.

Let's get rid of these riff-raff from our political system. You know who we're talking about . . . or should know.

Obama's Birth Information . . .Does he have the right to be President?

To be eligible for the office of Presidency of the United States, one must be a 'natural born citizen' . . . . which means that both parents of the individual must have been born in the United States. A person may claim to be a 'native born citizen' if he/she is born in the country to parents who are not natural born Americans - one or both.

Big difference.

This fact alone eliminates the legitimacy of Obama to be President at this very moment. He should be removed from office immediately.

Every natural born American male is registered with the United States Military when he reaches the age of 18 years old. So far, no one seems to have requested proof of this information, or if they have, it has been squelched.

At the present moment, Obama's citizenship is being challenged by two attorneys. You can obtain more information if you research the web on YouTube. Since many Americans are genuinely concerned about all the deception surrounding Obama, the following information has been recently disclosed:

Paul Hollrah over at UTFSM believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question:

What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi?

How did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981,without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later? And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A :Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities . . .
      1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
      2) He traveled with a British passport, or
      3) He traveled with an Indonesian passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's
'no travel' list in 1981.

Conclusion:
When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a 'natural born' American citizen between 1981 and 2008.

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

If you don't care if your President is not a natural born citizen and in violation of the Constitution, then ignore this article and go into your cocoon.

Here comes the Judge!

Federal Judge Carter sets Trial Date for Obama's Eligibility for Presidency!!

The truth about Barack Obama's eligibility will be known fairly soon - Judge Carter practically guaranteed it! Video from the press conference after the hearing coming soon. Congratulations to plaintiffs attorney Dr. Orly Taitz. She did a great job!

Re: Obama Birth's Certificate - Court Date - 26th of Jan. 2010

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010! Many concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.

Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama's request for dismissal. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court" instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama's motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).

The judge, who is a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said Obama must prove his eligibility to the court! He said, "Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!"

The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama's attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT

AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group 'Americans for Freedom of Information' has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the college.

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as President. The article titled, 'Obama Eligibility Questioned', led some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K.

In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.
