She's your first-born.  She's provocative, intelligent, beautiful, curious, spirited, and most important - she's untainted.  

You don't know just what you did right - maybe it was luck - but maybe it is the result of the effort and commitment you made to teach her not to settle for less than what she deserves.  You taught her to know the difference between being part of the "herd" and being a true leader.  You taught her by your own example many positive values which incorporate the spiritual and moral dimensions of life. 

Sit back now and observe her as she celebrates her 16th birthday.  She has crossed the  threshold of being your little girl to begin her life as a young woman.           

You have done a good job.  She is strong but yielding to those who deserve her love, sweet but savvy of the negativity in life that she must deal with, unburdened  with the madness surrounding her because you gave her a springboard of confidence and love, intelligent and motivated because you taught her the true values in life which will enable her to pursue her destiny.

You pray every day that she is the recipient of the protection and love of God and the universe.  On the right track, her life will be a contribution to her community and will assist in the goal of raising the consciousness of the planet.
